Questions
Do we need an electrical permit?
Any new addition to load center often need an electrical permit. There are few jobs like replacing equipment with similar rating equipment do not need an electrical permit. We can visit the site and discuss if permit is required or not.
How does inspections work?
We pull permit under our company, after we complete installation we book inspections and ensure to get it passed according to safety codes..
Any warranties on work completed ?
We own the responsibility of wiring, workmanship and overcurrent protection. If you bought electrical equipment yourself & it stops working, we charge our hours to disconnect and connect new equipment after you get replacement.
How does billing work?
We issue invoices under JSB Electric Ltd. You can pay by cash, a certified cheque or bank draft
How does power backup system work?
We have power backup systems that can be charged from grid or small generator, then use for 20 hours after each charge recharge cycle. You can also add solar charging if you want at anytime after system is installed.
Is power backup systems safe ?
Yes Canadian Electrical has limited battery bank to maximum 20KW/hour for residential system. Lithium battery bank with BMS (battery management system) are safe and certified for Canadian market. For extra safety it is installed inside a metal cabinet.
